HOW DO I USE THIS STUFF?

All information about how to install and use the products on this site should be included in the ReadMe.pdf file included with your download. If you have any questions that are not covered in your ReadMe.pdf, call us or send us and e-mail and we’ll be happy to help you out.

SHOULD I BACK ANYTHING UP?

Not only should you always back-up your photos in case of hard drive crashing (it’s not that it’s never happened to you, it’s that it hasn’t happened to you yet) you should also back-up your actions, presets and textures.

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS TO USE THIS STUFF?

There are a few. The actions are developed using Photoshop CS5. While we do test them on previous versions through Photoshop CS2 (and all current actions are compatible through CS2,) we do not guarantee that later versions of products will also be compatible with previous versions of Photoshop. We will let you know if an action is only compatible with later versions.

For the presets, they are developed and tested using the latest version of Lightroom 3. They are compatible with Lightroom 2, however the presets may not result in the same manner when used with previous versions. For example, the Lens Correction presets will not work at all in Lightroom 2, and the Post-Crop Vignetting presets will appear with the Lightroom 2 processing of that effect when using in Lightroom 2.
